Hungry For Change

I watched an amazing documentary yesterday that really helped kick me into gear again. I'm ready to start making a lot more healthy decisions. I thought I'd share it with all of you. I'll probably be watching more of their stuff soon. It is by the same group that did 'Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead' (I think).

Anyway, it is clearly thought out and easy to understand. You will need to set 1 1/2 hours aside to really focus on it. I watched it while biking, but I had to wait for the kids to be in bed before I could give it the attention that I needed to absorb everything. Enjoy it! Let me know what you think!
