Excuses vs Results

Quick thought for the day.

The more excuses you make (I don't have time to exercise, there is nothing healthy to eat, I don't have a gym membership, etc.), the more your results decrease.

The more results you achieve (increasing your energy, improving your health, losing 1-2 pounds per week, etc), the more your excuses decrease.

What is the relationship between Your Excuses and Your Results?

They are inversely related - one goes up and the other goes down!

Live is too short to let excuses rob you of any more days of you being the high-energy and healthy version of yourself that you deserve to be.
