I've been really impressed with all of the resources that it has. You can search for foods by typing them in, you can create your own recipes, and you can scan the barcodes (if you have a camera on your iPod). All of these help you get your calorie count. It takes your height and weight and the weight that you'd like to reach and it gives you a calorie goal for each day. I've found quite a few friends on there (that have had lots of success) that help keep me on track and cheer me on.

Kelli, I think you are doing awesome! Phil, you too. :) We had a pretty crazy week, with a lot of eating on the fly and *cough* emotional eating... But I think I am ready to be back on track. I think I'm going to try the pre-made salad thing for lunch, I'll let you know how that goes! Good luck everyone!

Hopefully things will be calm for a long time now! Good luck with the salad thing. I might try it soon. I've seen some good pins on how you should layer them so they stay their freshest. Maybe I'll look and see if I can find them again.
