Intervals

I'm really enjoying that new group I mentioned before. I have to admit, this is the first time that I've done some sort of 'workout' for 3 straight days. I guess I'm the kind of person that needs the daily reminders. It's helpful to remember that it really doesn't need to take a ton of time or preparation.

I really like the suggestions for working out that I've found recently. A lot have talked about Intervals. My interpretation of these is as follows: doing simple exercises, at your level, while keeping your heart rate up.

I've tweaked mine a little and added some stuff from Jillian's 30 Day Shred video. I think that the best idea is to make it something that you want to do and that you don't mind doing. As long as you are doing something you're progressing (at least that is how it is in my case). Moving for 15 minutes is better than sitting on my bottom all day.
