So some may already know what this is. Others may be a little confused. While talking today it occurred to some of us that we really want to do something about our weight. We decided that it would be really great for us to encourage one another. We talked about trying to come up with an idea to get that motivation, be accountable for ourselves, and mainly just to get us started.
Here it is. A Family blog. I will make it so we are all authors on this blog. We can come on and cheer each other on, brag about ourselves, etc. I was also thinking that if we wanted to share creative ways to be physically active or post good healthy recipes we could. I think we should go ahead and try to start on Jan 1st. Weigh yourself (but you don't need to tell us if you don't want to) and record it somewhere. Then each Sunday let us know if you gone up or down and how much and we can all cheer for you or give you some encouraging words. You can let us know here on the blog, or you can text me. I will try to create some good ways to track our progress.
Anyway, what are everyone's thoughts? Any suggestions on how to make this better.
