Inviting Others? and more

I just wondered how we felt about inviting others to join us. For example I wondered how everyone would feel if my dad joined us. I'm sure if I told him about it he would be interested.

Next pondering, I was thinking that for me I'd like to try and adopt one healthy habit a week. I was thinking that I could look those things up, but I don't want to only work on what I have. I thought maybe it would be cool if we all took turns picking one. So things like: drinking X amount of water a day, exercising 30 minutes a day for 5 out of the 7 days of the week, eating 3 servings of veggies/fruit a day. How do you feel about that? I can just work on those myself if needed. Or people could just ignore them if they don't like them.

What other things would you guys hope to use this blog for? Phil is working on getting a graph to visually track our progress (GO PHIL!). Anyway, let me know your thoughts and such!

    I think this is a great idea. I'm not sure how much of the actual activity-type things I'll be able to do because my health has been so poor, but I will do my best! :) When is this officially starting?

  2. Phil had the colors set to show up randomly. He says he will change that. (Done)

    I think that mainly the important thing in this whole 'adventure' is that we have better eating habits and become more physically active than we are. That will be different for everyone. Just do what you can, but stretch a little too. The goal is improving.
