I was thinking that each week one of us could be in charge of coming up with some sort of healthy habit that we want to work on. Everyone in the group can either choose to participate in that goal or if you've already got it covered or feel like you don't want to (or can't) do it then you can alter it for yourself and just be a support to the group and encourage others that are working on it. Does that make sense?
Obviously we should each have our own goals that we are working on separately. I just thought that if there is something specific that someone is struggling with then they could get a little extra push from everyone else. Sometimes it's easier to stick to a hard goal if others know you are working on that and if you have others trying to work on it too.
Since you're the one who started the blog, Kelli, wanna be in charge of assigning different weeks to different people? Just a thought. :) Love you all! And so far I like these ideas. :)
