My plan

I'm going to weigh myself first thing in the morning on January 1st, then make a short-term goal to lose 5% of that weight and an intermediate-term goal to lose 10% of that weight. I plan to accomplish it by 1) Eating fruits and vegetables for snacks, instead of junk food - at least 5 servings a day. 2) Limiting bread to 1 or 2 slices per day, 3) eating lean meat, 4) drinking a full glass of water before each meal and before each snack, 5) Track everything I eat on a note pad and it's point value - EVERYTHING.

Weigh at the same time of day.
