I have the graph up and running. It took a little finger working and some hot Google action to get it up and running. I have it currently labeled the way it is just because of the natural flow of Dad and couples. I made a couple of tweaks due to request (I guess I can understand Nick not wanting to be pink ;)). I was thinking for the x-axis we could do dates (i.e. 1/1/2012, 1/8/2012, etc.). What do you guys think? Also, I figured out a way for the graph to work without knowing everyone's beginning weight. That's right, if you want to hide how much you weigh from me, that's ok. Anyways, just report the weight you've lost, and I'll update the graph Sunday night as I get reports.
Anyways, I hope everyone is having a great holiday season! It was great to see you all for Christmas, and I hope everyone has a happy New Year! And then (as Dad likes to say), it's back on the wagon ;).
So...where IS the graph? Are you just going to post it as a post each week? I thought it was going to be at the top of the page...I'm confused. Also, I was totally joking when I complained about Nick being pink. He probably wouldn't care. I'm excited to try this! I don't know that I've ever actively tried to lose weight. Here's my test to see if I can do it! Also, if we give you our weight, you won't post that, right? You're not posting numbers, just progress reports/percentages or something?
ReplyDeleteIt should be at the top of the blog, above the posts. Let me look into it...
ReplyDeleteFrom what we can see right now the graph works in Google Chrome and Firefox. It will not show up on Apple devices or in Internet Explorer. Phil is looking into getting it to work on IE.
ReplyDeleteI fixed it. I had a trailing comma.... yes, a comma broke it for Internet Explorer... that shows MS security! :) Anyways, it's working in IE now, as well as all of the other browsers I've tested (Chrome, Firefox, and IE).
