Healthy tips

No new goals, but I have a few healthy tips:

- Don't buy those few foods that are just too tempting for you to resist. If they aren't around the house, you can't eat them. You know what they are.
- If you absolutely have to have a treat, buy ONE treat and eat it. Don't buy a tray of 12 cinnamon rolls, because the other 11 will just stare at you from the counter until they all get eaten, too.
- Don't look for the closest parking spot. Park away from the building and walk.
- Don't eat late at night. It all turns to fat.
- Diet soda. This is the easiest way to cut back on a huge number of calories. One bottle of full-strengh pop has hundreds of calories and can undo a whole day of low-calorie eating.
- If you "fall off the wagon", don't wait until the next day to get back on. You will tend to splurge the entire rest of the day. Get back on the wagon at the very next meal.
