It's Show Time!

Happy New Year, everyone! We are all weighed in and ready to go. No details on the numbers, but I'm hoping to have a loss to report by next Sunday. My plan is to get at least 30 minutes of exercise 5 times a week, and to count calories. I know, counting calories is kind of horrible. But the last time I tried it (sometime last year) I lost like 10 pounds in a month. Pain in the neck but totally worth it. :)

Good luck to everybody, I am excited! If this all works out, it's definitely gonna call for a new family picture. :)

  1. I think a new family picture sounds WONDERFUL! The last couple were taken while I was pregnant. I would really like a skinny picture next time!
